Launch of Bizpot Franchise Network Across Kerala

The Board of Directors of HYZ Ventures, in its meeting held on 12 June 2026, has unanimously resolved to establish and expand the 1st SpotFranchise Network across the State of Kerala.

All members of the Board of Directors were present during the meeting and approved the proposal for the appointment of franchise partners in selected locations across Kerala.

The Board has further entrusted Mr. Vibin Kurakar, Chief Operating Officer (COO), HYZ Ventures, with the responsibility of identifying, evaluating, selecting, and appointing franchise partners directly on behalf of the organization.

Franchise Model

Bizpot Franchise Centres shall function as business development and client relationship centres for HYZ Ventures and its associated services, including but not limited to:

Digital Marketing Services
IT & IT Enabled Services (ITES)
Cyber Intelligence Services
Financial & Accounting Services
Company Registration & Compliance Services
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Business Consulting Services
Emerging Technology Solutions

The franchise partner shall primarily be responsible for business sourcing, customer engagement, and local market development. Service delivery, project execution, technical operations, and backend support shall be managed by HYZ Ventures.

Franchise Eligibility

Applicants shall:

Possess a minimum office space of 50 sq.ft. (owned or rented)
Maintain a professional office environment
Display the official Bizpot Franchise Signage prominently
Demonstrate the ability and commitment to develop business within the allotted territory
Franchise Fee
Franchise Fee: ₹50,000
Refundable Security Deposit: ₹25,000
Non-Refundable Processing & Setup Fee: ₹25,000
Selection Process

Selection of franchise partners shall be based on:

Location potential
Business development capability
Professional background
Entrepreneurial commitment
Market reach and networking ability

Locations Proposed

The proposed locations identified for the establishment of Bizpot Franchise Centres are Attingal and Neyyattinkara in Thiruvananthapuram District; Kottarakkara and Parippally in Kollam District; Adoor and Kozhencherry in Pathanamthitta District; Cherthala and Haripad in Alappuzha District; Pala and Changanassery in Kottayam District; Thodupuzha and Kattappana in Idukki District; Perumbavoor and Piravom in Ernakulam District; Koratty and Chalakudy in Thrissur District; Ottapalam and Pattambi in Palakkad District; Kottakkal and Tirur in Malappuram District; Ramanattukara and Koyilandy in Kozhikode District; Sulthan Bathery and Kalpetta in Wayanad District; Taliparamba and Mattannur in Kannur District; and Kanhangad and Nileshwar in Kasaragod District.

The decision of HYZ Ventures and the Chief Operating Officer regarding franchise allotment shall be final.
